Inwood, WV – Jefferson Security Bank is proud to announce the promotion of Kelli Reigh to the position of Office Manager at our Inwood location. In this role, Reigh is responsible for overseeing daily retail operations, managing staff, and providing exceptional customer service. With her deep understanding of our banking operations and her passion for customer care, Reigh is well-prepared to lead the retail team, while also building strong relationships with current customers, including local small businesses.
Reigh has been an invaluable member of our team for five years. She joined JSB in 2019 as a Customer Service Representative and most recently held the position of Assistant Office Manager at our Martinsburg location. This promotion is a testament to her dedication, leadership, and commitment to serving our customers and community.
Reigh demonstrates JSB’s values of professionalism, excellence, and teamwork both in the office and in the community. She is an active member of the Berkeley County community, serving on various boards and organizing donations for local animal shelters. She is a regular volunteer at many bank sponsored events. She serves on the Generous Hearts Social Committee for Panhandle Home Health and annually volunteers with the Berkeley County Fair for future farmers.
